Corcovado National Park is located on the Osa Peninsula in the south west part of Costa Rica, and is part of the Osa Conservation Area. The park was inaugurated on October 24th, 1975 and is comprised of 45,757 land hectares and 5,375 marine hectares. It’s considered an important part of the country’s extensive system of national parks and biological reserves. The biodiversity here is amazing.
